The 6th HET Dinner-Dance will be held on 11 August 2017 in Hout Bay, Cape Town. As always, wonderful auction items are up for grabs to help support the running costs of the newly developed Hangberg Pre-Primary School. The school is taking care of 107 pre-primary school children in a previously disadvantaged area. These wonderful auction items are available on line until 23h00 Thursday, 10 August 2017. The items will then be available at the live auction of the 11 August 2017 dinner. The highest bid from the on-line auction will be the opening bid of the evening. Winning bids will be notified, with Electronic Financial Transfer (EFT) details enclosed, by Monday 14 August 2017.

Winning Bidder Payment Information

Please note that the items in this auction, once online bidding closes, will transition to our in-person auction to be held Friday 11th August 2017, 18h30, at Suikerbossie Restaurant, Hout Bay.  The highest online bids will become the first bids placed at the in-person auction. You may still be outbid at this event, so we encourage you to be in attendance.

Winning bidders will be contacted after the end of the in-person auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup/delivery of their items.

Payment Types Accepted:

  • Electronic Financial Transfer (EFT)

EFT Details will be provided to winning bidders upon request. Please do not send payment until instructed to do so by the auction administrator.

Winning Bidder Item Pickup/Delivery:

Winning Bidders will be contacted to arrange collectiong or delivery of item.

Note: Shipping may require an additional fee. Contact the Auction's Administrator for details prior to placing any bids or making payment

 

General Auction Information

  • The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
  • This auction transitions to a live in-person auction after online bidding closes. You still may be outbid at the live event. The online portion of the auction will not reflect the final live auction results.
  • When the live event auction closes, all winning bidders will receive notification regarding the status of the items they have won.
