Two bottles of fine crafted, Method Cap Classique Champagne from Ambeloui Wine Cellars. 

Ambeloui is a small boutique wine cellar and farm producing high quality Methode Cap Classique Sparkling Wine in the traditional French method. Their bubbly is released annually on the first weekend of November from the farm. It's a first come first serve basis and stock is limited.
